- 4-6 tablespoons of dried organic oregano leaves
- 2-3 cups of water
- A slice of organic lemon
- Organic raw honey to taste
Put the filtered drinking water into a small pot. Bring it to a boil on the stove. Turn off the heat. Add in oregano leaves and steep them for 3 to 5 minutes and then cool. Strain the oregano leaves and add the honey and lemon to taste, if you like it sweet. Drink it warm throughout the day for best results.
